We carried the tradition forward by developing Idli Karam Podi, Nalla Karam Podi, Kandi Podi and Mango Pickle Masala; recipes that have become a part of our family’s signature repertoire.
We Started Building Something Bigger
The operation grew to eight pounding machines, and we established our factory in 2001.

We established Joshi Masala Stores at Badichowdi, taking the family’s flavours into retail.
